The managing entities of EIM Group have prepared and presented the enclosed composite reports in compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPSTM). The GIPSTM figures are provided for comparison purposes only and are based on prices as supplied to EIM Group by third party information providers. Although EIM and its information providers seek to ensure that such information is accurate and has been obtained from sources presumed to be reliable, no warranty, expressed or implied is made to its accuracy and completeness.
EIM follows an approved methodology for calculating and presenting its composites. Our performance figures are objective, exhaustive and independently verified (annual certification by KPMG). EIM's Track record is compliant with GIPS as of August 1st, 1996.
EIM aggregates performance across nine composites. For the purpose of the performance calculation, the "Firm" is defined as the managing entities of the EIM Group and comprises all fee-paying discretionary and advisory accounts. For the purposes of compliance with the performance presentation standard, the Firm has existed since August 1st, 1996.
